Mikayel Grigoryan, MD
Director of Neuroendovascular Services

Dr. Grigoryan is a neurointerventionalist, board-certified in neurology. He completed his neurology residency from the University of Iowa. He has extensive clinical and research experience in vascular and interventional neurology, neurocritical care, and neuroimaging.

Before joining Atlanta Medical Center, he was a Fellow in Endovascular Surgical Neuroradiology at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and also completed a stroke/neurocritical care Fellowship at Stanford University. Dr. Grigoryan is fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian, and also has a basic command of Spanish.
