Foundations of Leadership introduces another program component of our blended learning approach called Brilliant Briefings Brought to you By Tenet's Best - which consists of webinars drafted by our own internal talent - our Tenet employees.
 
 
AMC employees may join us in viewing over 475 leadership advice modules. These 2-4 minute audio visual modules are available on-demand - as our employees need them - 24 hours a day. These modules cover a range of topics that can help our employees - instantly - on the things they may address daily as a front line leader.
 
 

Tenet offers these personal and professional leadership development opportunities free for our employees, just in time 24/7 from work or home. In just 30-40 minutes AMC employees can learn a new skill or improve job performance towards being a better leader.

This new online learning enhances our current leadership and technical elearning courses.  With the launching of SkillSoft you have access to hundreds of interactive courses.  These courses cover topics such as administrative support, business analysis, communication, operations, marketing, personal development, sales, strategic planning, team building along with many other subjects.
