Sheffield HealthCare is conveniently located on the corner of Boulevard and Highland Avenue on the second floor of the Fulton County Center for Health and Rehab. There is plenty of free parking beside the Center on Highland. 

In addition to expert clinical care, our medical staff offers nutritional counseling, prenatal education, breast feeding classes, and diabetes education.

We understand your financial concerns and have counselors on-site ready to assist you. We accept Georgia Medicare and Medicaid, and we are a Georgia Better Health Care Provider. Also, we accept commercial health insurance and private payment.
