PGY-1 Every fourth night (no call Sunday night)
PGY-2 and PGY-3 Night Float System
PGY-4 During the first four months, every 6-7 night in-house to work with PGY-1 residents. The remainder of the year is every third night out-of-house

Resident Salary
While hours of duty and rotation schedules may vary, residents are furnished with on-call meal reimbursement, parking and pleasant call quarters. Residents are entitled to three weeks of paid vacation each year. Residents will receive professional liability insurance. The annual resident salary schedule for 2005-2006 is as follows:
PGY-1 $41,222.00
PGY-2 $41,853.00
PGY-3 $43,037.00
PGY-4 $44,669.00
In addition to the salary above, residents receive two monogrammed lab coats per year and free parking. PGY-1 residents receive the four major OB/GYN textbooks upon starting their residency and PGY-2, 3, and 4 residents receive a CME stipend that may be used to attend academic conferences and/or educational materials.

401(k) Retirement Plan
All full-time, part-time and PRN employees are eligible to enroll in the plan beginning their 31st day of employment. Employees will begin receiving matching contributions on their 91st day of employment. Participating employees will receive a company match on their contributions for up to 5 percent of their base salaries.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
After 30 days of service, if you work more than 20 hours each week, you can purchase shares of Tenet common stock at a 15 percent discount through payroll deductions.
