401(k) Retirement Plan
All full-time, part-time and PRN employees are eligible to enroll in the plan beginning their 31st day of employment. Employees will begin receiving matching contributions on their 91st day of employment. Participating employees will receive a company match on their contributions for up to 5% of their base salaries.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan
After 30 days of service, if you work more than 20 hours each week, you can purchase shares of Tenet common stock at a 15% discount, through payroll deductions.

Resident Salary
While hours of duty and rotations schedules may vary, residents are furnished with on call meal reimbursement, parking and pleasant call quarters. Residents are entitled to three weeks of paid vacation each year. Residents will receive professional liability insurance. The annual resident salary schedule for 2004 - 2005 is as follows:
