Class Descriptions and Schedule

AQUAMondays at 7 p.m.; Tuesdays at 6 p.m.; Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.; Thursdays at 6 p.m.

H20 here we go!  A combination of cardio exercises with strength training in the water!  Great way to get an awesome workout while easing the stress on your joints.

ARTHRITIS* - Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays  at 11:00 a.m.

A non-clinical therapy class involving range of motion exercises in our heated pool to help alleviate the pain and inflammation associated with arthritis and fibromyalgia. Requires Dr. Rx.

PILATESThursdays at 6:45 p.m. ($3 surcharge for this class)

Combination of stretching, strengthening, and core control to develop the body symmetrically.

STEPMondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at Noon; Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays at 10 a.m.

 Elevate your metabolism!  This multi-level class utilizes a height-adjustable platform and provides a great cardiovascular workout!

SCULPTMondays & Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

Toning exercises for the entire body!  This anaerobic workout aids in increasing strength, improving muscle tone, improving posture, weight loss and the list goes on!

TAI CHIWednesdays at 4 p.m.

An ancient Chinese system of slow and methodical physical exercises, developed as a method of self-defense, and as an aid to meditation. Chi can be defined as bioelectricity, life force, vitality, or simply energy.

YOGA – Beginner Classes Mondays at 6:00 p.m.; Standard Classes Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.; Thursdays at 5:45 p.m.

This stretching and strengthening class will not only ease tension, it also will keep your mind and body in check for the rest of the day into the night.
